| Welbeck have Designs on Midnight Walk | |

| An Ashington based design consultancy has pledged its support for a local Hospice by designing a logo for a sponsored walk with a difference. St Oswalds Hospice in Gosforth are organising the first ever Midnight Walk to be held in Newcastle on Saturday 18th October. The ten mile walk will start and finish at Newcastle Racecourse, stopping off at the Hospice at the half way mark. Over eight hundred people are taking part, and the Hospice is hoping to raise £100,000 from the event. |

| A branding and design business is taking its expertise from the North East to the Far East to help Chinese firms win work in the UK. Ashington-based Welbeck Design is taking part in a British trade mission to China organised by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) for businesses keen to tap into the potential of the massive Chinese market. |
